There's a few in list which I would like to mention here that I am captivate of. They have badminton, squash and tennis court, an Olympic sized swimming pool, gym, playground, built-in sauna and also parameter walk! How can you not be overwhelm? You can do so much in a place without much hassle of travelling from one place to another with your vehicles. Hassle free and yet environmental friendly by reducing carbon dioxide. They do have other facilities too, such as mosque, school, malls and hospital within SouthLake.

As per our YB Datuk Dr Lee Kim Shin stated, Permyjaya will be a booming area upon the development of Southlake because there are about 16,000 properties build within this area and rough count of Miri properties are about 55,000. Meaning to say, roughly about 30% of the local citizens will be located at this new township coming 8 years upon the estimation completion year mentioned by Mr Zamry Ibrahim during the media conference.
In his speech also, Mr Zamry Ibrahim did urge customers to take advantage of the special early discount offered which is for limited period of time only. The Twin Villas are currently selling at an offered price starting from RM793,888 and meanwhile Terraces at a starting price from RM558,888. As a consumer, I understand something physically seen will be much practical then a scale model.
Naim is already on its progress building the infrastructure. They are hoping to have the show house done by end of this year and hopefully these 2 components that had mentioned earlier could be completed within 2 years and ready for their customers to move in.
