Food is something that most of us could not resist. Talking about Japanese food, it may not be a favourite to all. However, Shabu Shabu is one which I can say most would preferred under Japanese cuisine. Shabu-shabu is a Japanese dish featuring thinly sliced beef boiled in water. The term is an onomatopœia, derived from the sound emitted when the ingredients are stirred in the cooking pot. As time goes by and mixture of different country culture, this concept had been added a pinch of fusion. It doesn't only restricted to only beef anymore. It is something similar which we all know, steamboat! What are the specialities of this place to grab the crowd? Put aside their spacious hall as a topic, they main attraction to me would definitely be their VIP room or may they called it private room. It was the most wonderful celebration I ever had so far. Fly to KL the night before my birthday. Pass midnight at the airport while waiting for the gang to arrive from Despensar, Bali and they are the same bunch who fly me across the South China Sea with the intention not to let me get along loneliness on my birthday. Greetings and surprised started ever since we check in to the hotel at 0200 hour. Everyone know February as a month of love but that's not all because it is all the best festive of the year, Chinese New Year which falls on this year February. It was the favorite seasons of mine which we get to eat & drink without any concern, get to gather with relatives and friends which we will only get to meet once a year. Decoration and preparation for Chinese New Year started 2 weeks before hand. Everyone was busy having spring cleaning, buying necessary things and most of all, New Year stall along China Street were setting up and ready to be open a week before Chinese New Year. Reunion dinner on Chinese New Year eve was the most excited moment every waits for. It is when we start countdown time to welcome the brand new year of Lunar Calendar. There's so much of different dishes that represents different meaning for different dialect of people. Been ages did not update my blog. Sorry for neglecting it. There's nothing much too update. How I wish I got sponsors for vacation therefore I can spend more time on blogging. Actually, I am away for a quick short holiday escape. Just fly over to Cat city to visit a friend and at the same time had a food vacation. This trip is truly all about food.
