Since I was a kid this restaurant had been really famous with its bak kut teh. People used to purposely go there and have their bak kut teh. Even their shop name " Shi Li Xiang " means you can smell the aroma of it from far away. This shop used to situate at Krokop 3 and now moved to centrepoint area. For me their quality seems to frop a little but so far no one can compete with them at Miri. Of course you can't compare with those of homecook. So, if you came over to Miri remember to visit this bak kut teh shop. Bak Kut Teh This is a must pick from the menu. What is the point of not picking bak kut teh in a bak kut teh restaurant isn't it? Doesn't make sense at all. The soup is still best and their meat is not so thick layer but indeed nice for everyone. Try it to believe it. You Tiao This is somehow a must in bak kut teh. Birthday just past few days ago and I am so so happy to receive things that is so so unexpected. I never thought of receiving something special but indeed out of expectation. The first pressie is far away from Cambodia. It is a gift from my dear Cynthina . A gift doesn't necessary to be expensive. The heart always counts. The second pressie is so so unexpected that blast me off. It is a gift from ah gor . It is something that I wish to have but I never expect to get it as a gift during my birthday. The lens that come with the digital lomo . There are fish eye, star dust and some others. The digital lomo . The lomo which film not necessary in it. Only memory card needed to be insert, so how convenient it is? You get the lomo effect and at the same time do not need extra time to develop. The only thing is you can't see the picture after you capture.

I believe everyone had definitely heard about it even before it was open. This place had a great environment for people to chit chat or having dinner with friends or even their love one. I simply love their dim light and somehow litlle jazz or rock music in the air. The simply spice up your mood or even your appetite. Most of the europeans like to hang around here as they served varieties of beers and alcohols. FISH & CHIP It was simply awesome. The dory fish was well fried and the main things is the sauce and lemon. They were well combined and not too heavy compared to other restaurant I had ever been to. BLACK PEPPER MARINATED CHICKEN Overall, I think most of the people will love this place. Moreover, they had table for pools and darts for people to play around. Not bad at all. So whenever you had time drop by and have a peep.

I was back to Miri last week for a week. It is not too long but indeed I am having a great time with my family especially and bunch of friends. Thanks to them I am enjoying my week back and also having great birthday celebration. Day 1 - 07/09/09 On the first day upon my arrival I went direct to skin specialist where I had decided to went. Fully book makes my plan to seek for him in the afternoon. Time allowed makes me went over to Boulevard and look for my buddy Mary . Missing her and the time we hang out together. Sitting with her and chit chat with her and another ILM member. Will talk about ILM more in my coming post. In the afternoon, went back to the doctor and wait for about an hour to take my turn. The consultancy was a total disappointment for me. Not going any place at night because not much of them knew I was back and around. WE had a BBQ session last week just right before the night I fly back to Miri . Thanks to ll the old buddies to make the effort and had a mini meet up. We had this bbq session after the karaoke session. Before we had our main course we had appetizer all the way from Seremban . The pineapple tart and also sao pao .
