Bukit Mata Seafood

I had once again forget that I had so many yet to be posted up vacation here in my blog. Even last two months Kuching trip I had not finish yet. Shamed on me. I am here to complete the final post for my Kuching trip. We went to this Bukit Mata Seafood which they proclaim the best in Kuching, however I still think Welcome Seafood at KK, Sabah still the thumbs up place for seafood for my own preferences. Undeniable some of their food is good too, you can see from the crowd. Everywhere is packed and you can hardly find an empty seats. First thing that came onto our table is butter prawn. I do not really fancy prawn therefore I can't really judge it in depth. Deer meat is always my all time favorite and this is well-cooked with black pepper sauce, Super loving it and  I am eating it after one another scoop.  Crab is something we will never miss out when we had seafood. We ordered "kam hiong" and salted egg is I am not mistaken. That's the bad th...

Carpenter Street

Lazy bugs strike me recently and I had no intention to blog at all. When I browse through my blog only I realized it is another month gone and I had only a few post for my readers. Shame on me. Imma gona continue with Kuching Food Trip post. There's too much of good food to share it all in one post. Here's more of it and get a cup to store your dripping saliva..... This is all about food that we tried along Carpenter Street. Would describe this place as food heaven because you get to have varieties of selection all along this jalan. SUPER YUMMY PORK SATAY At first when we sit down and intended to have lunch. We ordered soup vermicelli  for each and 25 stick satay. End up before we left, we ordered 80 stick of satay, 15 stick for each of us. We could not resist because it is super duper yummy. SOUP VERMICELLI Love the fish ball and yong tauhu. Super chewwy however, porky satay still the best. Thumbs up for it. They are all lady workers here. I wo...

Best Char Siew Kolok Mee - Non-Halal

Some say they served the best char siew in town. They are serving breakfast actually, however their char siew seems to be the main thing that attracts customer to sit in. Us is one of the bunch which were leaded by our food hunter, Garry. What is so special about their char siew? Try and have a look at pictures below...... It is all traditionally made using charcoal. Everyone knows charcoal is the door to aromatic smell and taste for food. Just like how Bejing Roasted Duck is cook. Great flame with special selected woods to create great aroma for the meat. Does this reminds you of your grandparents during your childhood. Holding your hands and bring you to the coffee shop for breakfast and let you have a sip of a hot served kopi "O"? We ordered 2 types of noodles, straight noodles and curl noodles. Personally I still love the curl one because the texture is more QQ. Char siew was nice but too bad they only gave a few pieces for every bowl they served. ...

Sharing

This eatery place just like it's name reflected, so much worth of sharing to all the readers. This place has not only supply much satisfaction to your tummy but also much temptation to your taste bud. This restaurant is made out of a house so you will feel much like home when you dine in here. A great ambiance with garden, wooden chair and table and truly unique menu which makes you feel so close connected to the nature. Be sure that you made reservation before you go to avoid disappointment because there's full of great eaters who went to such great place. As I say, Kuching had so much treasure to discover. Mix Platter I guess that's the name? Could not really remember the name thou but I heart the chicken. Crispy and fantastic. Meanwhile meat within is still tender and soft which is not over cook. Garlic Bread & Mushroom Soup Food lover must know this two is such a great combination. Just like coffee with coffee mate. I love the garlic bread, strong garlic smell and...

Secret Sanctuary

Kuching had been really amazed me. Explore lots of interesting food and also "a" interesting place. You will never get to find such place at Miri or anywhere at KL. However this place is not easy to find. It is somewhere near to the housing area. By looking at the appearance you will never get to imagine it is a treasure beneath it. It is such breath taking and every little section you went is giving you much of surprises. There's not much light within only supported by the lang tern. Day time, partial of the building is actually open air which you will get to see the sunlight. It is a truly relaxing and great de -stress place because what you get to do is slow down and enjoy yourself to the maximum with the facilities that they provide. There's swimming pool. Unlimited usage till they close. Sauna which you get to sweat like while you bath. Washroom. And I'm lovin ' those sign board that they put. Awareness to other customer however do distract them too. F...

AH TOU SEAFOOD

The name does not mean it all. We went to a seafood restaurant doesn't mean that they are only specialized in seafood and not other dishes. They have so many thing that they would recommend to you. It was so fulled and packed that we almost waited for 40 minutes for our food to arrive. SOUR PLUM PORK RIBS I think this is nice actually. The taste of the ribs act like an appetizer for the start. Everyone were loving it. However I do wonder whether it is truly good or because we were all grab because of hunger. tsk tsk tsk ..... HALF FRIED CHICKEN I named it very awkwardly but I think it does suit this this because the meat texture is still soft. Meaning the chef is actually doing a good job and great control on the fire because it does not taste like any deep fried food that you will get in any fast food chain. yummy and thumbs up. SPICY & SOUR SOUP This is not well done. The soup is over sticky and not watery enough to be name as a soup and more like a sauce. In addition, it ...
