Do you think ENGLISH shall be a compulsory 'PASS' ?

Our Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin had been spreading the news yesterday when he undergo an interview. He said English shall be a compulsory pass paper in SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia). It will be under consideration and no confirmation yet from him.

Personally, I think this decision is wise enough. As we all know that English had been the International Language since decades ago. Most of the institution and Universities had been teaching in no other than English language. It will be good enough it is a compulsory paper to pass because students will surely get benefit out of it.

Students get to work hard in English paper. They realise they must pass English in order to get their certificate and also it would be easier for them to cope with all their studies when they study abroad, entering universities or communicate with foreigners.

So, what do you think about this particular issue? You can go into THE STAR to vote. Remember teenagers today will be leader of tomorrow. Guide them to help them.

i support this... i have witnessed for myself how lame are some people's english level among my friends...

plus, if they work hard on english, certainly they would have no problem in learning the sceience and maths sub in english too..

YOU TIAO & JOHN KING TART

YOU TIAO is what we called in Chinese and ' YAO ZA GUAI ' is what Cantonese named it and this food is said to be origin from Cantonese people. This is one of the high demand food in Pavilion. It is simple, non-oily and reasonable in price. Their freshly made Tau Foo Far taste great and it is so smooth and doesn't have much of the bean taste which make people hardly love to eat them..... You Tiao - It is so crispy to eat just like that or you wanted to eat with their plain porridge would also be great because the combination of both makes perfect!!! Porridge - Their porridge is not so hardened or over watery. I guess that's the perfect way to describe. Birthday Present

Birthday just past few days ago and I am so so happy to receive things that is so so unexpected. I never thought of receiving something special but indeed out of expectation. The first pressie is far away from Cambodia. It is a gift from my dear Cynthina . A gift doesn't necessary to be expensive. The heart always counts. The lens that come with the digital lomo . There are fish eye, star dust and some others. The digital lomo . The lomo which film not necessary in it. Only memory card needed to be insert, so how convenient it is? You get the lomo effect and at the same time do not need extra time to develop. The only thing is you can't see the picture after you capture.
